Introducing KUDO
KUDO works with businesses and individuals to understand the legal issues they face and identify ways forward. Our work is guided by understanding the substance of each matter and helping clients make decisions with a clear understanding of their situation. Our five lawyers—Managing Partners Sanguk Kwon and Seunghoon Chae, Partners Woonghyun Han and Hee-hong Ahn, and Associate Yubeen Choi—work together. Drawing on their experience, we provide advice and litigation services in general corporate advisory matters, startups, virtual assets, international transactions and trade, mergers and acquisitions, and a range of disputes. We advise on legal issues arising from significant business transactions and day-to-day operations, as well as disputes involving personal assets and family relationships. We develop the appropriate approach, including advice, negotiation, or litigation, in light of the client's objectives and the stage of the matter. You can find further details about our practice areas and our lawyers' experience on this website. For consultations or inquiries about engaging KUDO, please call +82 2 548 9588 or email kudo@kudolaw.co.kr.
