Civil and Administrative Litigation
Civil disputes require consideration of the contract terms, how the contract has been performed, and the parties' rights and obligations. Challenges to administrative decisions or sanctions also require close examination of the facts and procedures, with careful attention to when and how to seek relief.
KUDO handles civil disputes involving contracts, payments and damages, as well as challenges to administrative decisions. We assess negotiation, mediation and litigation options and, where necessary, consider urgent measures such as provisional attachment, interim injunctions and stays of execution. We develop a course of action that also takes account of compliance with and enforcement of any judgment.
