In corporate disputes, we examine contracts, ownership interests and the parties' decision-making processes to identify the issues and set priorities. Sanguk Kwon handles disputes over contractual performance, termination and settlement of accounts, debt recovery and enforcement, and criminal matters.
He assesses the course of the transaction and the evidence to determine the approach to negotiations and legal proceedings. Where civil claims and criminal proceedings overlap, he develops a response that distinguishes the purposes and implications of each process.

- Injunctions against the issuance of new shares and convertible bonds, and actions to invalidate such issuances

- Represented the Government of the Republic of Korea in a WTO dispute concerning U.S. anti-dumping measures on Korean oil country tubular goods
- Represented the Government of the Republic of Korea in a WTO dispute concerning anti-dumping duties on pneumatic valves from Japan
